This hood hat has been knitted with 3 skeins of hand spun alpaca and wool, with a little bit of firestar (sparkles). It is a warm hood. I used 9mm needles. Pattern will be released soon.

Every single item I create is made with the yarn I spun. To make yarn, I use wool or alpaca fleece. I clean the fibre, wash, card, dye, and finally spin it, wrap the skein, wash again, hang to dry, wrap it in a ball of yarn then its ready to be knit, crocheted, weaved or felt. Then I wash the garment again, and let it dry with lavender. All made here in Quebec. Thank you for supporting the traditions of textiles arts.Joyce
